Refund & Cancellation Policy
Estimates & scope: Work is performed based on a documented scope of work and written estimate approved by the customer prior to start.
Change orders: Any changes to scope, materials, or pricing require written change orders approved by the customer.
Deposits (Scheduling & Materials): A deposit may be required to reserve scheduling and/or order materials. Deposits are non-refundable once scheduling is confirmed and/or materials are ordered.
Cancellations: Customers may cancel by written notice. If cancellation occurs after scheduling is confirmed, materials are ordered, or work has started, the customer is responsible for costs incurred and completed work. Any unused materials that are returnable may be returned at the Company’s discretion, less any applicable restocking fees and handling costs.
Refunds: Completed labor and services are not refundable. If the Company is unable to perform the work as agreed and the project is cancelled prior to materials being ordered and prior to scheduling being confirmed, any deposit paid will be refunded.
